ABOUT THE LAKE ZURICH MAULERS
We launched the Lake Zurich Maulers in an effort to help continue the growth of the game of rugby not just in our community but across Illinois.
Children of all ages and abilities can easily pick up the game and begin playing right away. The rules are simple, the game is easy to learn, and minimal equipment is required.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Rookie Rugby is for all children ages 4-10 years old. This is a non-contact, touch version of the game of rugby.
U13 is for children ages 10-12. This is an introductory, tackle version of the game of rugby.
U15 is for children ages 12-14. This is a full tackle version of the game of rugby.
High School is for children ages 14-18 that are currently enrolled in high school grades 9-12.
