Player safety, well-being, and respect are at the heart of everything we do at the Lake Zurich Maulers. To uphold those values, our club has a dedicated Club Welfare Officer (CWO).
The CWO is responsible for safeguarding, child protection, and overall player welfare across all age groups. This role exists to ensure that our club remains a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for every athlete — on and off the field.
